Name with Polka Dots / Swirls - (Vinyl Only).  This comes in a variety of sizes and choices.  You can assemble the design as desired.  Order comes with one name and one sheet of polka dots and swirls (dots and swirls are on one sheet and in one color).

Select Name Size - Choose the size of name you wish by the dimensions or specify the size you wish using Small (to fit a 6" tile), Medium (to fit an 8" glass block), Large (to fit a 12" tile), or Extra Large (max size no larger than 23" wide or 15" tall).  Select font from name list below.

Polka Dots and Swirls come in one sheet containing a variety of sizes of polka dots and swirls.  Size of dots and swirls depend on size of name ordered.  Each sheet will be only one color.  More colors may be ordered at an additional charge. 

Sample shown is on an 8" glass block.  Name is in Lipstick with "Girls are Weird" font.  Dots and swirls are in Lipstick, Pink, and Tree Lime Green.  These make great night lights or baby gifts!
